About Tiger Technology

Iravan Hira is the CEO of Tiger Technology, appointed in April 2024 to drive global expansion across EMEA, APAC and North America. With over two decades of executive experience at HP, HPE, and The Financial Times, he brings deep expertise in strategic growth, digital transformation, and operational leadership. Iravan holds a Master’s in Computer Engineering.

Alexander Lefterov is the Founder and CTO of Tiger Technology and a seasoned entrepreneur with multiple successful exits, including Atia to Autodesk and Intelligent Gadgets to CallWave/Fuzebox. He brings decades of engineering and leadership experience, and has completed entrepreneurship programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford. He holds an MSc in Computer Science.

Mila Petrova is the COO of Tiger Technology, bringing 25 years of experience in leading complex, cross‑border teams and projects. Formerly Digital Development Manager and other management roles at Shell CEE, she also founded TeamUp, providing leadership coaching and strategic consulting. Since joining in 2024, she’s implemented scalable processes to support Tiger’s global expansion.

Evgeniya Kyuchukova is the Group CFO of Tiger Technology with 20+ years in audit, finance, and sustainability reporting. Most of her career Evgeniya spent in KPMG Bulgaria and Deloitte Africa where she served as an Audit Partner. She also lectures at Sofia University and is a member of the ESG Committee at DSK Bank and the Audit Committee of Eleven Capital. Since 2025, she supports Tiger’s growth with strong financial leadership.
