Access Tiger Bridge commands directly in Windows Explorer thanks to a shell extension integration with the file browser. Shell extensions are plug-ins that allow you to extend the usual set of actions when working with Windows Explorer. You can also use the Tiger Bridge shell extension (separate installer) to enable non-Bridge network clients to gain visibility over the Tiger Bridge status on SMB/NFS shares and start Bridge jobs.
Near-zero RPO & RTO
A Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is defined by business continuity planning. It is the maximum targeted period in which data (transactions) might be lost from an IT service due to a major incident. The Recovery Time Objective (RTO) is the targeted duration of time and a service level within which a business process must be restored after a disaster (or disruption) in order to avoid unacceptable consequences associated with a break in business continuity. Automatic recall of stub files from cold/instant retrieval tiers
Automatically restoring reclaimed file data upon access by user or application. Tiger Bridge reclaims local space by replacing file data with stub files which do not occupy any space on local disks. All files remain immediately accessible when stored in cold or instant retrieval archive cloud tiers. Files stored in deep archive tiers are subject to data retrieval times as specified by the respective storage provider and storage tier.
